This tool applies the display filter of the consensus workflow and recalculates PsmCount, PeptiteGroupCount and ParentProteinCount to only account for the displayed data.
Additionally the tool calculates colums #PSMs per spectrum file, MaxPSMs and SumPSMs as well as #Peptides per spectrum file, MaxPeptides and SumPeptides.
