MS2Go

MS2Go is a software tool for converting result files of Thermo Scientific™ Proteome Discoverer™ into user-friendly Excel workbooks. Result items are grouped into several sheets, which utilize Excel's built-in features like hyperlinks, filtering, conditional formatting etc.

Prerequisites

Windows 7 or higher
.NET Framework 4.7 Runtime or higher (download)
(optional) R (required if option Quality control is activated) (download)
(optional) Proteome Discoverer™ 2.0 or higher (required if option Analysis summary is activated)

Compatibility

The following versions of Proteome Discoverer™ are supported: 2.0, 2.1, 2.2, and 2.3

Modify samples via Sample editor
